In Washington Court House, a 42-year-old man was arrested for obstructing official business at 12:38 a.m. on Thursday. According to a report from the Washington Court House Police Department, an officer tried to make contact with Donnie Jenkins for not having proper lights on the bicycle he was riding. Authorities said Jenkins was arrested after a foot chase. He was arrested on multiple felony warrants and additionally charged with obstructing, bike lights, and reckless operation, authorities said.
